I have used this app for years. Everything I attempt to sign on, I have to reset the password. Saved passwords will not work. Having it set to sign on using my biometrics will not work to sign me onto the app. I have reached out to State Farm to complain about the app, and they have said that they can't do anything about the app. This is even more frustrating when they require you to log on to update information and the log on DOES NOT WORK.

There's times in class that we are required to turn off Bluetooth. This app every thirty seconds goes off without an option to snooze or delay. It's so worried about not being on. Give options then. The couple dollar saving is not worth it to have a dead phone from the notifications. You can't accomplish school tasks because it's notifying Bluetooth is off every half minute. FIX THIS!!@!!!

App is unusable unless you enable location access at all times. Even basic things like checking previous trips won't work. It's saving me some money on the monthly bill, sure. But the amount of times it's accessing my location, literally every few minutes all day long, is pretty excessive and invasive if you ask me. It would make more sense for this app to just access my location when it's connected to the beacon in the car.
