Now there's a simple, convenient way to manage and use your CareCredit credit card. With the CareCredit Mobile App, you can access your digital card, pay your bill, find enrolled providers and retail locations that accept CareCredit, set alerts and pay bills from participating doctors and healthcare providers in the network. With a new, vibrant and simple design, the CareCredit Mobile App offers features such as:

Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the "?" icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.

Secure Digital Card Access
• Your CareCredit credit card is preloaded when you log in. Just access the Summary and swipe down to view your digital card.
• Use your CareCredit digital card for purchases within the CareCredit network of enrolled providers.

Convenient Account Management
• View your CareCredit statements and manage your statement delivery preferences 24/7.
• Make monthly payments to your CareCredit account.
• Always know where your account stands. Check your balance and credit limit anytime, anywhere.
• View your promotional purchase details, transaction & payment history.
• Make payments directly to your doctor or healthcare provider with CareCredit.

• Search for providers, partners, and retail locations that accept the CareCredit credit card.

I give it 1 star because push notifications don't get sent, even though I have permissions set up correctly, which caused me to be a few days late, leaving me with a late fee and an increased interest rate. They don't offer an automatic payment option through the app. I called but they were only interested in if they had sent an email reminder, which I also did not get, but it showed sent on their end, so I don't matter. Disgusted. They come across like a loan shark. First time being late.

Disappointingly, I'm changing my rating to just one star. ⭐️❌️❌️❌️❌️ The app failed to send notifications, causing me to miss a due date for the very first time. Ten flawless years over. Despite taking responsibility, I am wholly disappointed and regret getting the card due to the financial consequences and inconvenience. I have tried multiple times to turn on notifications but have been unsuccessful. Please fix this.

Honestly, this is one of the best credit card apps, which I appreciate as I've recommended Care Credit to people for years. I never realized they had such a user-friendly app with additional resources to help you budget. I also love that it breaks each payment down individually, so you can see when any promotions you may have used will end, which is extremely important.
