Circuit is an on-demand, local, shuttle service. It’s a fun and easy way to get around downtown. Thanks to our all-electric vehicles and partnerships with cities and innovative sponsors, you may even be able to catch a ride for free.

Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately, if you don't end up using the circuit ride or put money on the app, it's nearly impossible to easily refund your money left in your app wallet. There's no option on the app to get your leftover money back. The service of the business is cool, 2 stars for inability to retrieve personal funds from the wallet in the app easily. Customer service hasn't responded to my request for return yet. This should be designed to charge on the spot rather than load a wallet with money.

Such an awesome addition to our city's, Long Beach, transit options! As the Ridership increases, I've noticed longer and longer wait times, (20+ minutes), and even had several times where the system cannot match me to an available driver, and requires that I wait several minutes (5-20) before requesting another ride. Time to increase service and extend hours in our area!! Please and thank you!

The app is well-designed and looks good, but the system does have occasional errors that really cause trouble for me, especially when I'm using the app for commuting. Sometimes, the app tries to charge me twice. Sometimes, I get passed over in the queue. It's a very reliable, but inefficient system. I like to say: "I'll either wait 5 minutes for Circuit, or 50 minutes. Nothing in between." So, if you decide to use it, plan ahead and have a backup.
