The app worked just fine about three updates ago. I don't know what you've done to this thing, but it takes forever for a page to load, and then once it loads it's laggy. If you click on an item, the slow loading and lag starts all over again. Push the back button and it's very slow to return to the previous page. Why can't developers just leave well enough alone? The app is hardly useable.

The app is just okay - works for barcode scanning sometimes, I can look up aisle numbers, etc. But I tried to use it for an online order/curbside pickup and the functionality is broken. I have an email that says to use the app to let them know when I'm on my way to the store, but there's no such feature in the app. I've looked 10 different times, with no luck, even though an email says my order is ready for pickup. I guess I'll have to go in the store after all. I'm deleting the app.

Awful. Frustrating, unintuitive, slow, buggy, wildly unnecessary pop-ups that only interrupt and provide no benefit to the user, no spinning indicator that the app has received your input so a lot of extra clicks forwards and backwards. It's like they don't want you to use it. I'd give it 1 star but it does technically work. You can really just feel the absolute contempt Home Depot has for its customers.
