I'm only using this along with the Switchbot switch and hub. As others have mentioned, it's great when it works. Automation, voice commands, etc. But every few days, it disconnects from the internet and deletes all my saved automation. (All of my other connected devices are fine. I have eufy cameras, nest thermostat and locks, and most appliances are smart as well) Bought this for when going on vacation and that obviously won't help if it doesn't work after a few days.

I've been looking at their curtains automation for some time and decided to try the bluetooth temperature meter without a hub before splurging. This app has made me decide to look elsewhere. I recently changed phone, the meter connect to my new phone but they won’t show the current temperature, just historical data that loads slowly. Also, your historical data isn’t stored in the cloud AND you can’t transfer it to your new phone, so you lose it when you change.

The app is a bit cluttered with unhelpful tutorial interruptions and yet another nag attempt by SwitchBot to get permission to send promotional emails. I dislike promotional emails so much that I unchecked the "order updates and promotional emails" option when I ordered the product (or however they phrased the misleading option). Why would I want promotional emails now? Of course, I still received order updates, so I was right to be suspicious and can not recommend their products.
