This app is slow. Been using Hikvision and tried vigi cameras. The gap in performance is enormous. Vigi app wont open live view even with strong wifi. It says device offline even its not. It takes time to load the live view. 24 hrs color is not true, camera needs light to view in color. Without light its black and white (IR). Need more improvement.

Every time I accept the terms and conditions it just asks again. It's a broken loop and not allowing me to sign in, as it keeps popping up. I've cleared cache and re-installed the app, same experience.

Hi! Strange it is. Every time when you open the app, will this show up? It seems that something cleared the cache in the app. Make sure it is on the default settings. Selection to delete video on memory card is being removed!!!(Vigi , Tapo app not alow user to remove video save on memory card.) Last time I experience this was on Ezviz camera app. Something suspicious is going wrong with Chinese brand IP camera. 22July2024: Today after I updated the firmware update option in app, it's delete video individually function is missing again. What is the point to re-enable it then delete it again?

Hi! We never supported this and I looked up the old User Guide and I did not find anything about deleting the playback video. Not sure how you conclude this statement. Do you have a screenshot of the place where you can delete the video clip(playback recordings) from the VIGI app?
