Tyresoft POD works hand in glove with the Fulfilment module in Tyresoft. It enables you to manage manifests and deliveries in real time - showing the driver all drop information before enabling them to record delivery details and send back to the main Tyresoft system.
Key Features:
- See driver manifests in real time as they are generated and assigned from the main Tyresoft platform.
- View the run summary with each drop displayed in the order the driver should make the delivery.
- Real time feedback to the Tyresoft system as the driver starts their route and as they complete each drop.
- Key details for each drop are displayed. Along with any specific driver notes added to the customer (e.g. opening and closing times), the driver can also easily launch maps to get directions along with quick contact if they need to call the customer.
- Site location is stamped on arrival, with the driver able to update the site location information if necessary.
- All products to be delivered and collected are marked. If there is a delivery failure (e.g. tyres missing from the van), this can be recorded.
- If the driver is delivering to a cash customer, the monies to be collected are displayed with the driver required to record how the monies were captured. Payments are automatically created and allocated in the main Tyresoft platform.
- Any specific drop messages added for the driver are displayed and require confirmation they have been read.
- A proof of delivery PDF is generated that is sent back to the main Tyresoft system.
- The POD app can work offline, but before the route is ended, all data is checked to ensure everything is in sync with the main system.
