This app sucks. All I want to do is be added to the truck so I can drive it. Instead I have to consent to location tracking and receiving notifications, then it harvests my personal data, and then the truck configs can't be loaded because, "too many redirects," IN THE APP? Total waste of 30 minutes of my life. I should have been paid for the data I had to give up.

Terrible app. I was added as a driver to somebody else's reservation. Thus I was REQUIRED to download this horrific monstrosity of an app that farms your personal data, forces you to make an account (where they then farm more of your data), then once you're finally logged in. Nothing works... Honestly I've seen scam websites and apps that have more functionality than this app. Stay far away and find a different rental company. What an absolute dumpster fire...

Keep the toll free number available. The app consistently freezes on you that it interferes with checking out and checking in the vehicle. On top of that, you could wind up turning in your vehicle unknowingly with an incompleted process. The worst part about this app, it allows the company to get away from employees. So you could be on the phone with someone afar trying to find the key box that is located across the street from the rental truck.
