Too many glitches. Favorites do not save to favorites list. Can't go back to the same page frame, must start from the top every time. Items are removed from cart way too fast when inventory is low...could at least offer a grace period when checking out; similar to holding onto the item while shopping in store before checking out.

Terrible online customer service. IF you place an order you can't cancel it because they have an incompetent system and agents. I had 2 duplicate orders and 5 mins after orders were placed I reached out to customer service via phone call and text. Was told order couldn't be canceled. Now I have 2 duplicate orders . The app glitched and processed first order while I was still adding to my cart. I didn't know. When I went back into my cart, items were gone so I reordered. I'm livid!

Signed up to get the Ulta holiday sampler, they have the same sales as everyone else on everything else. Bait and switch. I couldn't add it but it said it was in stock. Only online. I wrote them and sent a picture of the product. They said it was sold out. Customer service was really quick...but they didn't say it was a glitch or anything. 1 Star for the quick, but useless excuses when it clearly said in stock. Waste of time.
