This used to be my favorite bank because the app was so well done but now it's trash. It used to be so clean and intuitive to use and now it's bloated with ads for their other products. They have a carousel of ads & options for your accounts that takes a second to pop up above your actual accounts so when you go to click on your account, the ad has popped up & takes you there instead. This junk is so frustrating!

The reason for the rating is I no longer get my push notifications. They were working. 2 weeks ago. Now nothing. I have called 3 times. It's still not fixed. I am very disappointed in your customer service. Oct. 31 2024 Once again, push notifications aren't working. I have to call every single time it happens. Once again, it's not working. I'm very disappointed. It's the US Bank Focus card. If that helps.

Switches between portrait and landscape even though my phone is locked in portrait. When it does this, functions in inaccessible unless I exit out and relaunch. Annoying. 3/4/23 update: when taking pictures of checks for deposits, it always tells me the picture is too bright. I can turn off almost all the lights in the room and cover the flash with my finger, and it still tells me the photo is too bright. This is quite annoying too. 10/29/24 - still annoying. have to turn lights off to deposit.
