Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

Porting my number over was challenging, and my phone couldn't receive texts for about a week, during which time I probably spent 6+ hours with customer service fixing the problem. The app itself is serviceable. Edited to add one star for successful service problem resolution and for the fact that the service seems genuinely good. I'll add another star if everything is still working properly in the near future.

The app really needs some work. Especially when trying to sign up, it's really frustrating trying to navigate because it won't let you scroll down to the next input box, which is hidden by the keyboard. And switching my watch over to my new account was EXTREMELY frustrating. The instructions in the app are wrong and kick you out of the signup process.
