can't cancel my membership because i can't login and the links to get in and the password reset links are not showing

like the carwash but the app is horrible been trying to login to my acct but it says it sends a link and never does to the email or the phone number

What’s new

This update makes logging in easier and more secure. You can now use the new “Remember Me” option to stay signed in for up to 30 days. OTP codes are now 6 digits for stronger protection. If you prefer, you can log in with a password or create one at any time. We’ve also simplified sign-up: address, state, and city are now optional fields for faster registration. As always, we’ve fixed some bugs and made stability improvements to keep everything running smoothly.
