Ratings and reviews

Nice when it works. Frustrating when it doesn't. The app regularly logs you out, which is annoying. The purchase button is often greyed out even though I have plenty of Wendy's money loaded. That's not the only payment method that doesn't work. Google pay is an option, but that doesn't ever go through. When I try to place an order, 80% of the time I get an error pop-up. I am frustrated it takes so long - It takes me 30+ minutes of struggling just to get a couple bucks off my small order.

The app geo location will sometimes default to recent store you went to and not the one you are at. Recently had this happen in an order, sending my order to the Wendy's 30 min away. The app would not let me cancel, so I contacted both Wendy's locations. The were polite and sympathetic, acknowledged that this happens sometimes but, nothing they could do. So I contacted, Customer Support thru this so, so app. it was not easy to do, long response time and after 2 weeks not resolved. Avoid App!!!

Everytime I use this app I have an issue. Usually with deals/rewards not loading or not working properly. I've lost out on quite a bit if rewards by redeeming at the local store then the app telling me I don't have that reward to use....after taking my points. Today I go to Wendy's and try to load some deals as I was doing a large order. Well my deals/rewards section won't load. Even reinstalled the app to see if that helped....nope 7 minutes later it just doesn't load. It happens too often.
