The morning I tried to order ahead over the app at a Mugg and Bean on the go. The app does not load the On The Go locations and I was unable to place an order, despite having data and full network. I then went to the Mugg & Bean on the go shop and tried to pay with my rewards. The app took all my rewards and subsequently did not authorise a payment for a coffee at the till. The rewards, to begin with suck, and once I use the rewards it does not even work.

After the latest update I cannot use my loyalty points to pay. And now all my loyalty point are gone! This has been a very negative experience! 😕

I have linked my app to my bank card and it refuses to let me pay with the app as it says I must give the camera permission, which I have. I can't even redeem my birthday voucher or pay with points.
