this app keeps deducting priority/ ratings without any proper reason. I got an order, went to the location, called the customer but the customer did not pickup so I had to cancel it. Another customer too was like, when I ordered I forgot to call you to cancel, please cancel it because I don't know how to cancel. Mostly too, you get to the location and realize that the package is heavy, you report and they'll still deduct your priority.

this app is very unfair to drivers, you drive long distances to pick up points just to get there and the client cancels because they don't get penalized for canceling. the distance to fare rate is terrible, your drive long distances for small money. it's safer for the passenger as compared to the driver, passengers are allowed to register with fake names. it's a good app if you wanna increase your cars mileage for data money and fuel money only.

I have been using Yango Pro for 3 years and my experience has been very unpleasant because the support is very poor and never solves any problem... It always takes many hours without any response... And the pickups are from a very far distance and when we reach the pickup, the customer cancels the ride or calls another taxi and leaves... And we stand there and wait for 10 to 15 minutes and then cancel the ride because if we cancel first, there is a penalty... Over time, petrol also gets wasted a
