I have been ordering with Zenni for as long as I can remember (maybe 13 years)! I keep Rx profiles for the entire family and we all LOVE each order!! I wouldn't trust anyone else. The only downfall is keeping up with all the new lens options, which can be tricky if you're looking to order the same lens with a new frame. I used to order gradient tinted lenses... and now I don't see that option available. In fact, I don't see tint options available with any lens anymore... just some selections. 😊

extremely buggy! buttons that should let you tap do NOTHING! The sale going on was deceptive and didn't apply to most items. tried to chat with customer service but the chat window moves around in a way you can't type and see at the same time. then I get to the payment screen. all payment buttons do not work, except the option for credit card. but when I put in my card, it failed verification. literally no way for me to purchase my glasses in the app! a complete waste of my time!

Not only is the app great, so is the customer service, and this is the best pair of specs that I've gotten in years! Everything from step one to opening my order and slipping on this fine set of spectacles was enjoyable! I can't find one downside unless the glasses were teleported to me! But even with their regular delivery during the holidays, I still got them pretty fast! Thanks! I'll be back! 🤓😎🥸👍✌️
