This is the Worst app I have ever seen for education purpose.Since last three months I could not login my account,I try with my ph number for login my account but nothing is working 😞 and when I select the forget password no OTP is being send on my number,the app is totally useless now for me.It's a failure for a distance university like NSOU where everything is worked by online.

it's a great app but now suddenly I'm unable to use . actually i changed my device and now the issue is I forgot the password, so try to change the password , while changing the password it requires OTP and I'm not getting otp form the app on the same number, now I want a resolution of it. please provide.
