I placed an order on Instamart today and waited for more than 30 minutes, but one of the products was suddenly cancelled while the rest were delivered. It was disappointing because there was no proper update or reason given for the cancellation. The delivery was okay, but Instamart should clearly inform customers about such issues in advance to avoid inconvenience it was my worst ever experience with Instamart. ... Blinkit and Zepto have given me a much better experience compared to Instamart

too much handling fees and gst added for no reasons 🥲this app is ridiculous 112₹ maggi is costing me at 124₹ that's a clear loot, even in top notch grocery market price is similar and much lower then why to order from here when we can get everything at lowest price from our colony shops there's no point for making such app, won't recommend to anyone at all, for us price really matter while purchasing groceries that's our basic necessity you can't exceed the price more than original.🙏

My experience was very bad. I ordered 2 things and 1 arrived for the 2nd order was getting late so I cancelled the order but till now I have not received any refund. They said send email . I emailed them. I also sent an email but there was no response. My first experience itself was so bad and hence I do not order anything from this app anymore and delete this app.
