The app takes forever to send the verification code, ans everytime you leave the screen it closes. Please fix that

Almost two weeks I'm still trying to sign in but nothing. I'm still receiving the message containing the verification code but this one isn't detected by the app and there isn't a way to type the code manually. So I'm stuck and I can't do anything. It's very disappointing.

The worst banking app I've ever seen. And not just the app, the website is just as bad. Especially when it comes to logging in. Please hire better developers because this is subpar service. The OTP system is a mess, it barely works. Trying to find other banks is the worst process ever.
