Stupid restrictions. Find another frame. They want a monthly fee just to go back and reposition a picture. Yeah, once it's on the frame that's it. No changes, no deletions. You can't even see on your phone what's been loaded on the frame. This $1.99/mo fee to do basic stuff is ridiculous. Stay away from this frame and software

it's a convenient way to send pics to my in-laws, but I hate how much it zooms in when you're picking 'the most important part of the photo'. I get that a lot gets cut out if you're presenting a portrait photo in landscape, but it should cut out 1/3 of the photo. It looks more like 2/3 of the photo

The free version is fine, but not great, given that you have a limit of ten photos per an upload. I lost a lot of respect for the company upon seeing that it wants to charge to use the frameo+ app that makes the product more functional. We already spent quite a bit on the frame. Just give us a more functional app to use with the product that was already expensive to begin with. Will not be purchasing again when it's time to replace.
