I get emails about a new message but no message shows. It cancelled my appointment for not filling out the intake that is nowhere to be found. I clicked the link in the email, nothing. I looked around the app. Nothing. My appointment doesn't even show up in the connect app at all. Only in Link. Horrible. It's already hard enough to do in-person. It shouldn't be this annoying to do a simple video visit.

It keeps sending me to a Verification email. over and over again. So I tried to sign up "again" and I keep getting the Welcome back and here's your "verification email" the This app doesn't work and is a waste of time. The app is downloaded on my phone but it keeps sending verification email. After that I can't continue with adding account details. It keeps saying "something went wrong. please try again". I tried 10 times still not working. Do NOT try and waste your time.

I've tried seven times in a row to book a video visit through this app, but every single time, the chat window just freezes over and over. I've signed in and out, restarted the app, reinstalled the app, forced closed multiple times, and it doesn't matter what I do, can't connect with anyone. I understand this app is a nice to have, but it would be great if they put more effort into making sure that healthcare apps were functional. I'm laying in my bed feeling like I'm dying.
