Credit card limit already have the limit and i am using the amount limited by the bank.. NEVER once i have not paid my credit card and i am ALWAYS EARLY in payment.. Yet suddenly out of nowhere with no reason it became unsuccessful and WORST, asked to try again in like a MONTH.. What a joke! Waste time! CS is as useless as the bank gave you BOT answer.. better stay with banks that treasure their client...

you won't be able to withdraw your money if u have technical issues. they took 16 days to "solve" the email otp issue for password reset. manual trigger cause they can't solve yet I can receive their advertising emails. their technical team will tell u nothing is blocking the otp. new issue: they prevented transfers out of my account while resolving. have not had access to my funds for 18 days and counting! U can hear their help desk bitching about u on the line while they are troubleshooting.

i have experienced difficulties login. keep showing "an error has occurred, please try again later". after few attempts, it is locked for abt 2 hrs. i called the hotline but not much help. imagine i have to access my account urgently. can wait so long??? the issue still persist on 29 June. the issue still persis on 17 oct. agent unable to troubleshoot. even i want to close the account, asked me to withdraw the available funds. so funny, how to withdraw when i am unable to login.
