Ratings and reviews

Used to be a great app, but it no longer does live updates. Looks like status gets updated once or twice a day now with no manual option. Probably that's ok for volume shippers, but definitely not for delivery day tracking on receiving end. Notifications are messed up as well. Sorry, looking for greener grass elsewhere.

The tool itself is great, tracks everything I throw at it with an abundance of carriers. The problem is, too many developers think their app deserves a monthly subscription. This might be fine for businesses, but consumers aren't looking to pay x amount of money a month for each app. I have no problem paying for this, or even viewing ads if it helps you collect more revenue, but I'll be damned if I'm paying a monthly fee to track a package when most of the carriers you list offer apps for free.

Liked the old simple interface better. New ones clunky. Stick to the look like the ones under picture description here Maybe make the look now optional. I preferred the previous one where we had to click each to get more info. Although some people doesn't like it, most of us loved how fun it was to use.
