BEWARE!!! I purchased an eluna voucher and pressed the button before it was able to be used at the restaurant. I was never in the restaurant and did not use the voucher. Eluna would not honor the voucher although there was still time left to use the voucher. They basically took 270 shekels from me for nothing. Eluna did nothing to try and resolve the issue. The woman in charge was nasty and removed me from the app. I would definitely not recommend using this app. BEWARE

Terrible app designed by a 3 year old. Doesn't work. Shocking customer service. Such wasted potential

I paid for a coupon and it was refused by the restaurant (Sorento rishon) they said they have no arrangement with eluna I feel like its a scam
