Ratings and reviews

On mobile devices, it seems that the playback speed when watching videos randomly changes. What I mean is, when I watch a video at 1.5x speed, for example, sometimes the playback speed resets to normal with no warning. This happens after watching an ad, double-tapping the screen to fast forward, or starting a new video. I don't get why it does this when we already have a button featured for the playback speed.

I have a big gripe with a relatively recent change, which is where if I want to change the quality settings of video playback, I have to go to settings, quality, CUSTOM, and then pick a quality setting. Previously, it was just settings, quality, and then one is selected. If NOTHING else, just make the broader (low, medium, high) options ACTUALLY adhere to the lowest, middlest, and highest quality possible. I'm tired of after clicking on every new video, manually selecting the highest quality. Ty

Anytime I take a break from my video or movie to answer a text or something, the video resumes 5-30 minutes prior to where i paused. The app will also restart 80% of the time i accidentally click an ad and try to close it out. If you try watching a movie on youtube, you'll likely spoil a major plot-point by trying to find where you left off And of course, this NEVER happens with ads, only the actual content that users want to see. Terrible app, but unfortunately the only one with a monopoly
