98point6 provides on-demand consultation, diagnosis and treatment from board-certified physicians and sends necessary prescriptions to your pharmacy—all via secure, in-app messaging. Our unique, text-based care delivery means you can get the right care at the right time. No appointments, no travel. We're available nationwide, 24/7, 365 days a year.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Some employers, health plans and retailers provide access to 98point6 through a Sponsored Plan at no charge and offer visits at low/no cost to eligible members and their dependents ages 1+. To see if you're eligible, please check with your health plan sponsor.

Please note, the account holder must be 18+ to create an account and seek primary care; 19+ in Nebraska.

Our virtual primary care clinic is staffed by carefully selected, board-certified physicians who are passionate about making care more accessible. They are specially trained to treat and diagnose via text-based care. (98point6 supports photo, video and audio as needed.)

Our board-certified physicians are available on-demand to diagnose and treat, answer questions, offer peace of mind and when appropriate, guide you toward options for next steps. WHAT IS YOUR PRESCRIPTION POLICY?
Our doctors can prescribe a wide variety of medications. However, we do not prescribe controlled substances (such as Percocet), muscle relaxants (such as Flexeril), lifestyle medications (such as Viagra or Propecia) or medications that require strict monitoring. Our physicians adhere to evidence-based standards with respect to the responsible use of antibiotics. If we are unable to prescribe a medication, it's likely due to a combination of factors, including state and federal regulations related to virtual care practices, as well as what's in the best interest of patient safety and well-being.

Extremely helpful concept. No appointment and immediate attention makes this a major improvement in health care. Gives you help when you need it. This concept needs to be expanded to include specialists and even other business pictures. So much more convenient for both Doctor and patient. Pays for itself with a single visit. This app is a real game changer.

I have severe acid reflux and have been having some nasuea lately. I got into the app, signed up and within minutes had two prescriptions sent to Costco. I only had to do a 1 minute video call because Texas state law requires that. After the video, it switched back to text and I was able to explain everything. The doctors have been great at explaining things and they even send you a care plan. They make sure you have easy access to everything as well. Great app, great design, and your first visit pays for itself for the year. If you don't have it, GET IT. You won't be disappointed! The only thing I'd recommend is something like family pricing, but I can easily pay 20 bucks for my husband to get his own account. Thanks again!

Decided to give app a shot. Got connected to a doctor. She did not listen, listed my symptoms completely wrong, and wrong diagnosis. Since this time, I have spoken with management, not customer service. They listened to the issues and will hopefully correct them. It is a fairly new app, with time there may be improvement.
