Eclara is a modern healthcare data collection tool designed to assist clinicians and researchers in organizing patient information for AI-based risk assessment. With a clean and intuitive interface, Eclara simplifies patient data entry and securely transfers information to the cloud for processing by advanced machine learning models.

Easy Patient Data Entry: Quickly input patient ID, age, BMI, blood pressure, and medical history (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, proteinuria) through a guided form.
