The app does not require user registration, offering public access to general information without authentication. However, users requiring access to specific panels, like the admin panel or team-specific reports, must enter provided credentials.

There are four key panels:

Public User Panel: Accessible without login, it allows users to view publicly available field, audit, and visit inspection reports in a read-only mode.

Field Team Panel: Field teams can submit water quality inspection reports, including sample data, quality parameters, locations, and observations, using structured templates for efficient data entry.

Audit Team Panel: The audit team reviews and verifies field reports, checking for accuracy and compliance with water quality standards. They can provide feedback and flag discrepancies.

Visit Team Panel: The visit team submits on-site inspection reports based on water body conditions, including quality checks and environmental assessments.

The Admin Panel serves as the central hub for overseeing all submitted reports, offering a dashboard for administrators to view, manage, and track data from all teams. The admin can search, filter, and generate reports, ensuring the proper review and analysis of data. They also manage access rights and ensure the integrity of the data submitted.
