Ratings and reviews

I generally prefer to shop from full websites, but the Rue La La app is an exception. Ridiculously easy to use, selections make it easy to spend money here. I have never been disappointed in RLL. 4 years later - still never disappointed! Quality of selections consistently excellent. (How many places can you say that about?)

Great Shopping App! I used the app for a few weeks now, and definitely love the UI and the selected variety of products. I wanted to see how the app worked. Will give it a 5*, but after opening the App I was expecting swiping fragments instead of clicking the Text View on top of each fragment. Another thing that was annoying was the number of Notifications that I was receiving daily. I'm not sure how many MAU there are, but having less notifications would improve the UX.

Keeps needing to be uninstalled and reloaded due to internal errors. It will stop and say "Whoops!" And that's it. Gets very frustrating. I have not run into this prior to a recent update - customer service did not quiz me at all the first time I called. They immediately walked me through what I had to do to run again. So - not an unfamiliar issue.
