Worst app coz it gives 3 day saying it's free and dan charges after being recharged, I never told to give 3 days extra , dat nt my problem , just cheating people and plzz provide brochure wich are updated coz wen I took the dish I saw the pack wer different and once installed ul change the channels in the package and the prices
The channel are arranged in a very stupid manner..why did u change the channels order put hd channels between normal channels..its very very inconvenient for a non hd viewers..its very annoying the channel order was unchanged since 5 to 6 year..u are copying other dth brand its very bad..pls unchanged it and make it like previous one..otherwise its better to go for cable operators.
Previously channel numbers was arranged in good way, now it's jumbled . Edit- there is no easy way to connect customer care, they don't call back and i tried to call on dish tv customer care , there was no respone
App doesn't allow switching between the packs correctly. Don't understand what's the need of the app if it doesn't properly support basic facilities.
If we have subscribed pick by channel package than we can't log in.. Worst service by dish tv..
