Take control of your business even when you are away, with the EnvisionAccess App. This app is a perfect partner to your EnvisionAccess subscription and allows you to easily:

• View, edit or book appointments right from your phone
• Add or remove blocked times
• View current client list and add new clients
• Run reports of daily totals
• View inventory and service lists
• Check work schedule
• View employee contact information
All appointments and adjustments made in the app are sent in real-time to your Envision Software. Connect to the app over any speed internet connection including Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and Edge.

The security options in the EnvisionAccess App are the same as those set up for EnvisionAccess. Easily adjust your employees' security settings from within the Envision management software.

PLEASE NOTE: To use this application, you must have Envision Software Version 6 or higher and have a subscription to EnvisionAccess.

This app has worked great for my salon at four seasons salon and spa at the Dulles town center mall. My appts always update when changes are made in real time, but you must back out of schedule to main page and then go back into schedule to see updates. Only compliant: Would be convient if I could get a notification when schedule changes are made instead of constantly having to check. I have notifications turned on, but there isn't an option for audible indication when schd'l changes occur.

The android version is missing important options that are available with the apple version. These option are effecting my pay/raises so it's very important to me. I have had no response from the developer.

Great to view your schedule, but very difficult in every other regard. Booking clients takes a ridiculous amount of time, and moving appointments is beyond frustrating.
