I don't like that the app requires full media access to all files, photos, location, etc. However, after reconsideration, I decided it better to trade privacy details for authenticity verification of (medical grade) K-beauty product, as I certainly do not want to use a counterfeit. Label wasn't recognized & I was able to report it. Thank you!!!

Garbage. Doesn't scan the QR code and no option for a serial number or anything to look up online. Highly doubt anything with their authentication now. Will be posting online about this and trying to get my money back. When I see all the comments with the same issues, it doesn't work. Garbage authentication. I've tried different devices, I've had other people try. This is the stupidest authentication I've ever come across. Not even a overview or anything on the certificate to show someone.

I seriously never had so many problems with scanning before, this app is just... cannot be used. It keeps getting out of focus, all blurry, even with or without flashlight. I tried so hard to move back and forth and everything, but this app keeps getting out of focus, blurry, and just cannot scan anything at all (I tried on 4 same products, at least 1 of them is 100% authentic) but still, since the camera keeps getting out of focus, it cannot scan anything. Totally waste of time. Uninstalled.
