Often times the shuttle is late. The app does not show the most efficient route. Pick up takes longer than it should be. Driver goes round and round, going places where there are no pick up scheduled. 30 minutes becomes 1.5 hour, that's just waiting for pickup! Also very difficult to book in the first place, always showing it's full but it never is. I've only ever seen max 4 people in a ride when the bus capacity is more than 10. This is the most inefficient app.

It's not reliable at all, some drivers are really rude, they will leave you at the location even after waving at them, they tend to park to a different location and then you waaaaiiiit, and waiiiit after like 5 minutes you see the bus passing even though you wave at them they can't take you. It's always busy, booking can take hours, it is so tiring and frustrating. I wonder if these guys have daily targets because they do as they feel like. I plead to the government to put some laws to help.

It doesn't work. I used it several times, and then it rejected login, stating that my password was wrong. I tried to reset the password but the system failed to send me any SMS or email. Absolutely the same happened to my wife several weeks before. I used another phone number to create a new account and found customer support email. But the email address doesn't work, the same way as everything else related to the app. It just wasn't designed to work.
