We have had constant issues with our Acti cameras and the app from the start that haven't been resolved in over 6 months. The newest issue is that when I had to get a new phone last month the app would not (and still won't) accept our verified credentials. Tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet - no exaggeration.

Used to work great. Now the app wont even open; just immediately crashes. Re-installed, cleared cache, etc, but nothing worked. Was talking to ACTI and they had a case opened since they weren'tsure what was going on, but they just closed my case with no resolution. Now I have $3,000 worth of their cameras that I cannot monitor remotely.

Just stopped working after version update. Though I am running with the firmware version claimed supported, I tried upgrading firmware and after that it did not even recognize my cameras complaining model unsupported. This company just does not have the mindset for backward compatibility. Good job..
