How to use:

Method - 1 (Recommended)

1. Open the post containing the video or image that you want to download.
2. Tap on the Share icon below the post to open the Share menu.
3. Select VDFR from the list of apps to begin downloading the video or image.

Method - 2

1. Copy the link to the post containing the video or image that you want to download.
2. Open the VDFR app, select the app that you want to download the video from, and use the clipboard icon to paste the link.
3. Tap on Download to begin downloading the video or image inside the app.

My experience was good at first, but currently, I don't know what is going on. The Thread videos and some others are in English, but the downloader somehow changes the audio to Spanish during download. I would appreciate it if there could be a setting option to fix this or something. (I paid for the ad-free version, by the way).

So far it's doing what it's supposed to do on Instagram! I'm impressed! The downloading to the app is fast, but moving the videos to my Photos gallery is slower now than in the beginning. I'm giving a 4-star review. If I was able to delete the videos from the app, I surely would have given a 5-star review. It misssed perfection by just that much!

It works most of the time, but where I have issues with it is on Instagram. there are times where it's a public profile and it still won't download either the video or the picture. I just get a message saying that there's either nothing to download or it's private which I verified is not the case. Another big thing for me is if it's a picture with audio it won't grab the audio just the picture which I have used online services that grab both. Edit: seems to be getting worse.
