The Andorra Health App allows citizens to consult some data from their Personal Clinical History kept by the SAAS. This application will act as the citizen's Personal Health Folder.

To access the Andorra Health App, citizens must have access to an electronic signature. For more information on obtaining the Digital Certificate, go to https://signaturaelectronica.govern.ad

Once they have access to the Andorra Health App, citizens will be able to consult different data from their Personal Clinical History. This data will be progressively accessible. From the application, they will be able to access all personal information related to diagnostic tests, results, referrals, medical appointments and access to their medical reports and vaccination process.

The Andorra Health App is a health tool that offers multiple functionalities with the aim of giving citizens instruments that allow them to empower and participate in health processes in an agile and personalized way.
