I'm forced to use this bank because of my job. You have to call in and sign up and pay a fee monthly to actually get messages of your transactions, which is by the way like the standard service that every bank offers for free. E-statements arrive a full month late like I literally got my statement for 1st to 31st of August on 24th of September. Finally with the horrible application that doesn't even let you register and they say it's a technical problem and no estimated time just keep trying!!!

The app gives me the "server connection error" for over 10 days and when I called the customer service they told me they're working on it, till when?? It's frustrating! I can't check my credit card info or pay the credit card debt from my debit card because the app is NOT WORKING

The worst experience ever. I delt with manu banks and mand apps but this is the worst among them all. It refuses to log in and if by chance it allows me to check ku account, it never gives me a detailed report. And the most horrible thing is the passowrd when you decide without no reason to tell me ots expired. It is a hell to change the password.i can spend hours try to change it. You need another support conpany to have an app.
