worst experience with this bank. despite provided all the documents still my kyc have not been updated and card get block. super surprise to know that despite multiple reminders on email after documents and calls over call cente my account get block !!! this is extremely unprofessional and outdated bank.

The app now requires fingerprint login with no alternative option. I have eczema, so fingerprint recognition does not work for me. Because of this have been completely locked out of my own accounts!!! I have contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly given empty promises about an "urgent fix." Nothing has been done. I am now unable to access my own money!! I am asking others for money now while mine is locked!! Completely irresponsible and unacceptable for a financial app.

Most of the user facing KYC update issue. i'm the one of them! No doubt al hilal is one of the best bank in UAE but unfortunately their customers support is not impressive! I'm struggling to solve my KYC update issue about few weeks, updating all kind of necessary documents by gmail and apps but not got any solution, still apps showing KYC under review! That is so much unexpected and unprofessional. I would like to request the authorities of Al Hilal Please solve this problem for everyone.
