The system is extremely poor, and financial claims take a very long time to process. It requires submitting numerous complaints before your case is taken seriously and handled properly. The system does not send notifications, and the status displayed in the system often does not reflect the actual status of the request. The issue lies not only with the application itself but also with the overall process and workflow.

Worst!!! The Daman Health Insurance application is very disappointing and does not provide accurate or useful information regarding nearby hospitals, pharmacies, and medical centers based on the user's location. In addition, during medical emergency claim submissions, the application does not allow users to properly enter patient details and relevant information, making the process unnecessarily difficult and confusing. Compared to health insurance applications I have used with other companies.

To submit a claim, I'm selecting the member name. But the fields are staying blank. Even scanned copies of the documents are cropping up. Please fix the issues. Samsung Galaxy S24.
