Compared to the other insurance apps I have used, this one is the worst. There is lack of transparency, it's not easy to view claims and statuses. No sharing of the statuses, even I can submit for my wife for example, but I can't see the status. The company is also one of the worst insurances I have dealt with. Claims outside of the network are problematic.

The app becomes unresponsive if you click on any form more than once sometimes. The app and the company has no customer support system. Only option is to call and mandatory wait for 4 to 5 minutes. Only because every option plays the same message in a very slow pace. This is a typical organisation that is committing fraud by avoiding customer calls.

Daman has the worst customer service. I have been trying to email them for 2 weeks, and every 2 days, they come with the same reply that they have raised my concern .
