Big improvement from earlier versions. First reviewed this in 2018, and had alot of issues. Fast forward to this and I'm really impressed by its easy of use, functionality and performance. Unnecessary options are removed making it more streamlined. My first review below (no longer applicable): "Arabic characters don't display. No option for English application. Sign in details for family book and Emirates ID not clear. Very poorly designed application that isn't intuitive"

my case requires physical therapy continuously so i get six sessions..where have two a week then I have two wait for a week for approval...and i am not notified of it... waiting for approval for a aweek and another week to find appointment makes all the progress useless because my.case deteriorate. Thiqa and Daman think only about cutting the cost not the result of the treatment ...someone needs to held them accountable for their poor management...

Fast and quick Big improvement from last year I choosed 4 stars because i had a little problem in the application and it can't solved except by making appointment with Hayakum Team, and the nearest appointment date was after one month, which is not acceptable for those who have urgent cases for renewal, I called the call center to help me they said no option except you have to wait for your appointment to solve. So I waited 1 month to solve it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
