I am not writing this review based on a single bad experience. This is about repeated service failures with Smiles. I had booked a plumbing service. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times and eventually cancelled. It’s clear they don’t have a reliable network for regular home services. I then booked home cleaning. The team did not arrive at the scheduled time and the service was delayed without any proactive communication. Most recently, I ordered food through Smiles. After waiting 90

I needed to cancel my order immediately after placing it due to an input mistake, but the application doesn’t provide any option to cancel or modify the order once it’s submitted. This is a major flaw, especially for users who make quick errors while ordering. I contacted customer care, and although they tried to reach the restaurant, their efforts went in vain. As a result, I was compelled to accept and pay for an item I didn’t even want. This made the whole experience extremely bad.

Very disappointing experience ordering groceries from Viva through the Smiles app. I ordered 11 items but received only 9. When I contacted customer support within 10 minutes of delivery, I was told the missing items were “out of stock” — but no one informed me before delivery. The worst part is that I was still charged for all 11 items. Despite raising the issue immediately, they refused to provide a refund or solution, saying nothing can be done after delivery. This is completely unacceptable.
