currently I have issue with the APP not showing accurate account balance. some of the transactions are not reflected at same time and later deducted after 1 or 2 months which r difficult to remember. kindly resolve this issue as many time balance showing like 100 but when try to refuel the agent says its not enough...

It was very easy and convenient to track the transaction, now it gone there is no page for transaction and sometime i don't receive email on my purchase. Please bring back your old features it easy and very clear especially for submitting a reimbursement. التطبيق وايد تغير قبل كان واضح وكل عمليه شراء لها مسمى سواءا تعبئه بترول او غسيل سيارة الحين شلو هالخاصيه وصعب حتى اعرف كم في الحساب. ممكن تعييدون حساباتكم ابداً صار مب منطقي ولا عملي ما اقدر استخدمه للدوام لاسترجاع المبلغ.

It is a nice app, but it doesn't have an option to scan qr using the camera (I do know that it generates one), yet everytime at the gas station the guys give me the bill and say that I can scan qr on it from Adnoc Dist to get rewards. Please fix this.
