About this app

The Ministry of Education in the UAE introduces its mobile app to improve the level and variety of services it provides.
MOE mobile app is a channel for the public to benefit of the e-Services provided by the Ministry of Education. Through its user-friendly interface, you can request services related to General Education (eg. Attestation Services, Certificate equivalency services, Verify the authenticity of equivalency or attestation of certificates, Inquiries, Suggestions, and Complaints features) among other various services.
In addition to educational services, MOE mobile app provides many features such as Follow up application status, Access & download result documents of an application, Ministry News Feed, Contact Info, Frequently Asked Questions, MOE Services Guidelines, Inquiry, Complaints, and suggestion services… etc.

Data Flow is Non professional staff. No response. No call back. Creating tickets is very easy but never responded. I have 10 tickets where no one responding. All of you sleeping. We are asking help, and system sending blind emails, 1st reminder, 2nd reminder and last reminder, i still need to talk to some one but there is no option other than to create a ticket and expect a call back. From last three days i created last ticket but no one calling me. Poor system A to Z No response No call back.

For equivalency, they are asking to attach few additional documents, but only 3 documents allowed. My application is in returned state and unable to proceed. Please allow about 5 optional documents. Update: MOE contacted within few hours to assist me with the problem I was facing. This shows their commitment to provide best customer service. I'm very impressed with the quality of the service. Thank you.

The app just hangs, fails to recognize me as a valid user although I have registered previously. Totally disappointed and wastes my time and effort at repeated attempts to log in. In a country where almost everything is digital, this is not acceptable service.
