I applied work permit on 23 august. But still showing in process. The problem is with Nawakas scanning. When nawakas come and it was submitted without uploading documents and still showing nawakas in app. When i click on nawakas it show your application is submited without documents attaching. And nawaks is still continually showing again and again submitting without any attachments. I complaint 3 time to technical support but they close the complaint by said no issue in app. Now fine start

I tried signing up, but it asks for labour card number, then there's an option "find labour card number using UAE pass" which i selected, after authenticating with UAE pass app, a prompt to input labour card number still came up. Kindly fix this glitch for such important platform, Thank you.

I am faccing an error continuously on mohre app when i'm trying to cancel work permit. The app says "Following data did not matched with ICA". But i checked manually there is no mistake.
