My labor card on this app is being shown on pending for the last 7 days, it is not updating. This app also doesn't have the update option. So, what should I do? Please help if you can! Thank you.

Thanks for the online TAWJEE for saving employees time. But please change your new verification for Video recording on online TAWJEE. "LOOK DOWN, LOOK UP, LOOK RIGHT, LOOK LEFT, LOOK CENTER". Some employees has to watch the video repeatedly because after following the video recording instructions, it's saying, CANNOT VERIFY and screen automatically exited after 3rd recording and we have to watch again the video. Previous one is more easier.

Since 7 July 2025 I try to log in the app so many times but it's still not happening 😔 i don't know why it's app problem or i actually not trying to right way so please help me,,,,,,,
