Very bad exprience, you need to call and recal for them to move and take actions with Insurance. No one responsible to put things in order. Don't waste your time with this online store, it's much faster even if you have to go and visit a pharmacy if required but also many pharmacies are now delivering to your place vide a simple whatsapp exchange rather than this useless App store.

My 1st time using this app. Registration was relatively easy, but entering the address by location on the map (GPS) was not working! After signing in, I saw my prescriptions & it says "under processing", which is not very clear! When using tracking again didn't work! It took me to middle of the ocean on the map then just a red dot on an empty background. The app needs more testing & talking to real life users.

Very poor service, order canceled without receiving single call. Reaching customer care is another headache. The medicines which suppose to receive at night they schedule it next day and then cancelled.
