The Emirates Red Crescent is part of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, a worldwide humanitarian organization providing assistance without discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.

Together, we act before, during and after disasters and health emergencies to meet the needs and improve the lives of vulnerable people. We do so without discrimination as to nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.

the app has many problems and bugs 1. after payment, the cart still showing that payment is pending 2. the Samsung pay option is defected and not working 3. the feedback for satisfaction after payment is not working properly overall poor app and needs many improvements and fixes

the app is always so , no matter when you open it , morning evening anytime all time slow and showing all kinds of errors , its so frustrating for something which literally takes few seconds or one minute i need to do it in +10 minutes, sometimes doesn't even work , i have the app in 2 different phones android and ios , doesn't work in both but its much worse in ios . pls get it fix .

Please Improve The EmiratesRC App, It's too slow and needs lots of improvements. if you check the Saudi Donation Apps it much better. This App must be matching the level of technology available in UAE.
