With convenience, inclusivity, and customer delight at the fore of our efforts, the mySukoon app is designed to help our customers make the most of their insurance plan.

Previously available to Sukoon Insurance's health insurance customers, the app has been reimagined and redesigned to also allow motor insurance customers the ability to manage their coverage in the palm of their hands.

What mySukoon offers

With the app, you can:
• Access information relevant to your insurance plan and submit dynamic, need-based documents at different stages of your claim.
• View, download and share your digital Health Card via its one-touch feature.
• Submit, track, and manage claims in real time.
• Find and locate a provider within your network with turn-by-turn navigation.
• Find support or get the answers you seek.

Ratings and reviews

This app is not user friendly at all. Every time you log in and then go to other apps to prepare any needed document and you go back it asks you to login again. It does not save any uploaded documents and then ask you to upload it again, when try to re upload the document again, it blocks you. Sukoon tell you it takes two minutes download and use but in reality it takes much longer than that I had very difficult time to use it.

Misanthropic interface. It was giving me "validate your submission" error. Dedicated support wanted to reset my password to "fix" it lol. In reimburcement form they ask to enter your details on the piece of paper in the era of AI. Feels like stone age. During call to support their bot was narrating Ads non stop to buy their other products.

am a user of sukoon insurance , the app is horrible ! you cannot even see your medical insurance card, the card number is very long! you can't see the list of hospital and clinics, call center agents need more training to reduce how rude they are , when hospital or pharmacy calls them, they are very rude and talk as if they don't wanna even talk unless I call them, then tone changes! you are an insurance company, medical cases can happen anywhere anytime! we are in 2026! work on your app!!!!!!!
