• View, download and share your digital Health Card via its one-touch feature.

This app is not user friendly at all. Every time you log in and then go to other apps to prepare any needed document and you go back it asks you to login again. It does not save any uploaded documents and then ask you to upload it again, when try to re upload the document again, it blocks you. Sukoon tell you it takes two minutes download and use but in reality it takes much longer than that I had very difficult time to use it.

Misanthropic interface. It was giving me "validate your submission" error. Dedicated support wanted to reset my password to "fix" it lol. In reimburcement form they ask to enter your details on the piece of paper in the era of AI. Feels like stone age. During call to support their bot was narrating Ads non stop to buy their other products.

am a user of sukoon insurance , the app is horrible ! you cannot even see your medical insurance card, the card number is very long! you can't see the list of hospital and clinics, call center agents need more training to reduce how rude they are , when hospital or pharmacy calls them, they are very rude and talk as if they don't wanna even talk unless I call them, then tone changes! you are an insurance company, medical cases can happen anywhere anytime! we are in 2026! work on your app!!!!!!!
