Ratings and reviews

Was using Udrive before but recently their customer services have been lacking. Had booked before wherein the car is not in the listed location (I understand that there are GPS problems in the UAE lately because of the war), I had to go to an unfamiliar area and with the GPS losing signal often, I eclipsed the daily limit for the mileage and was asking for a little leniency since it wasn't that much yet they will just give you a cold shoulder saying you should have planned for it.

I used to enjoy using app, the service was ok and the recent updates were great. Suddenly two days ago the app crashed and I couldn’t log in. I called customer service, and they told me to send an email. I did, but since then, I’ve just been getting repeated emails asking for more evidence without solving the issue. It's frustrating and the issue still isn't fixed. This review is just to push the IT team to work better, because a low rating could eventually get the app removed from the store.

MY experience with Udrive was very good in general. Cars are clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. FAQ section contains a lot of very useful information. The app is not difficult to use. I booked the car including the fuel and parking. It was only difficult for me to locate allowed RTA parking so I can return the car. I didn't give 5 stars because the call center take long time to connect and they don't provide 24 support for rental.
